Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Aurvaa Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at aurvaabeauty@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at aurvaabeauty@gmail.com so we can assist you.
